Follow this THERMO30 Jumpstart Program to begin rebalancing your body for 30 days. This will be surprisingly easy to execute after you get used to simplifying your nutrition and daily meals to include the recommended foods.
Avoid the Blockers listed in this Jumpstart Plan. Eliminating these blockers is a major key to healing your Pituitary over this next 30 days.After this THERMO30 is over, continue using the Thermo eating principles to continue feeling amazing.
You’ll be excited over how much your body balances itself in this month, and you’ll be encouraged by how much your physique improves and your energy levels skyrocket.
YES: Eat the recommended meats, seafoods, eggs, fruit, and animal fats and supplements.
NO: Do not consume vegetable oils, seed oils, nuts, legumes, alcohol, grains, or dairy.
Do not “treat yourself” to things outside of these guidelines for this 30 days. Do not consume any over the counter medications. Do not weigh yourself. Simplify.
Don’t Consume These Blockers:
Keep alcohol consumption to 2 drinks or fewer per day, no more than once or twice a week: do not consume wines or beers, straight non grain based liquor is fine. No “blends” or additives. If you want an easy Thermo cocktail use a shot of liquor, preferably tequila or potato vodka, with mineral water and a splash of citrus juice like good OJ or pineapple juice.Do not consume over the counter medications: OTC medications and pharmaceuticals are heavily taxing on the liver, increasing the amount of SHBG that is produced by the liver, which binds free androgens. This feeds back negatively to the pituitary.
Do not eat legumes or beans of any kind: beans/legumes are anti-thyroid, taxing on the liver, estrogenic, and compounds in them chelate (attach to) important micronutrient your body needs to function properly.
Do not consume anything with additives: keep it simple. Don’t give your liver any more work than it needs. The liver plays an intricate role in communicating with the pituitary gland in a feedback loop.
Do not try and recreate junk foods or baked goods: Again, keep it simple. Consume the recommended foods in their whole food form. You’ll stay full, get rid of cravings, save lots of time, and you won’t overeat.
Do not do endurance sports activity.
Do not weigh yourself: I recommend weighing yourself on the day before you begin THERMO30, however I do not recommend weighing yourself during the 30 days. Save it for the final day. Most people become preoccupied with weight and psychologically sabotage themselves.
Just keep it simple, and focus on things like how much more energy you have, how much better you’re sleeping, how your libido is improving, etc.

Limit fat intake to coconut oil, grass fed organic butter, ghee, and animal fats from organic/free range sources.There are some foods specifically that are going to be best for a pituitary dominant body to heal most efficiently:
Potatoes (very good source of multiple minerals and vitamins)
Eggs (high in choline)
Collagen or Bone Broth (high in glycine)
Aged raw grass-fed cheese (usually high in vitamin K2)
Citrus Fruits (these are high in micronutrients and fructose that helps to fuel the liver)
Raw Carrots (help to pass estrogen from the system)
Grass-fed Beef Heart, if you can get it from a local farmer or your local farmers market! Some online stores such as U.S. Wellness meats or butcher box should have it as well. (this is actually one of the organs that has the most amount of testosterone second to the testicles!)
